Finding the hall
The hall sits on the nineteenth floor of Lee Garden One at 33 Hysan Ave. Visitors should arrive at the reception desk and give the name on the booking so that the hall clerk can be called. A visit is usually paired with a quarter order review, because the review room is the only space in the hall where a full conversation can be held without interrupting the working floor. If a visit is needed before a booking is confirmed, call the hall first and ask for a short walk through the bus and the racks.
Three questions before you call
A first message should include a tray count, a stack height range and a target dispatch quarter. If a sample is needed before the order is confirmed, say so in the same message so that a dispatch window can be reserved.

A booking received during business hours is acknowledged the same day with a bay slip. Bookings received after hours are acknowledged on the next working day.
